Super 8's Thanksgiving Smash Tournament
Tournament Information
The Third Annual Royal City Youth Soccer Club Thanksgiving Smash will take place over 3 days during the Thanksgiving weekend
October 8th-11th, 2010.
This tournament is open to Boys or Girls U11 & U12 teams only. (U11 = 2000 and U12 = 1999 birth years). All games are to be
played at Mercer Stadium Oval (Artificial Field) and at Mercer North (Grass Field) in New Westminster, BC.
This is a small but competitive touney with teams playing four games over two days. The round-robin portion of the schedule (the first 3 games) will determine
positions within brackets and a playoff game will determine the final positions and medals winners.
The entry fee, $275 per team, covers field and referee fees. The emphasis of this tournament is on soccer and as such additional activities are not included.
Tournament Registration
Registration is only available online, but payment must be made by cheque. (We are working on a fully integrated system for the future.).
By completing the form below, we will reserve a spot for your team (first paid, first served). There is space for up to 6 teams in each group - U11 Boys, U11 Girls,
U12 Boys, and U12 Girls.
Your spot will be held until payment is received - up to 10 days before the start of the tournament. If we do not receive payment by cheque
10 days prior to the start of your tournament, we reserve the right to allocate your spot to another team. Teams will only be considered
fully registered when payment has been received.
Payment is by Cheque only. All cheques are to be made payble to: RCYSC

Refunds:
Teams who have made full payment are entitled to a full refund if they contact the tournament coordinator, tourney@rcysc.com,
up to 8 days before the start of the tournament. Any team that cancels within 8 days prior to the tournament will be subject to a non-refundable $100.00 handling fee.
