RCYSC Vice-President – Job Description

Please note: This is a Voting Position on the Executive

Royal City Youth Soccer Club’s profile is growing within New Westminster and the surrounding communities. The ideal candidate for this position would be willing and able to work with all members of the executive in a professional manner and will focus on further advancing the players within the club as well as continue efforts to bring more positive focus to the club.

The Vice-President does the following throughout the soccer season:

Attends monthly RCYSC executive meetings

Serves as the Club Representative at the District Level and attends monthly District meetings throughout the year, based on the schedule released. (Please note the districts are as follows: Westminster District – Boys, North District – Girls).

Oversees and assists coordinators with tryouts held from March through April

Oversees decisions of coordinators regarding issues involving coaches, players, managers, parents, etc. with respect to discipline and/or other.
